Someone in the office is about to go off to have an operation so that was all the excuse I needed to bake this delight and bring it in for everyone to share.
And I was in luck because everyone liked citrus flavoured cakes and absolutely loved this cake.
It was just the right amount of citrus flavour and had a lovely golden colour from the orange and lemon zest.All in all - a success!! Unfortunately I only had time for a couple of hurried photos before it all disappeared - but I guess that's never a bad thing.

I will have to bake this again in a loaf tin next round. At least then I can see the softness like as in yours.
The cuppies were packed to school the next time by the kids. After all it was their effort in decorating them.
