Happy Blogaversary!

Well. Who’d have thunk it.
This little blog has made it to one whole year.

I can’t actually believe it.

On this day a year ago I decided to start up blogging again and I quite distinctly remember, sitting on my bed in Mum’s house, laptop precariously balanced on my bed as I set about starting up again.

And a mere 184 posts later I have all you guys! Hello lovely blog people, you are great, have I told you that?

Recently I’ve gained a few new followers (Hello new people!!) so I thought that maybe it would be good to have a little re-cap, let you know what this blog’s about, who the people are that I’m talking about and other random bits of info. You know what it’s like when you stumble across someone’s blog and it’s bit like when you walk in to the middle of a party and you’re thinking “Whaaaaaaat are all these people talking about?” It’s like a crib sheet. So next time I talk about The Visitors you can be all “I TOTALLY KNOW WHO SHE’S TALKING ABOUT”.

So if you would like to know more then please click HERE (go on. You know you want to.)

But that’s not all. It would seem, on inspection of other people’s blogs, that it is customary to do some kind of giveaway on your anniversary.

I have struggled with this one. I’m supposed to be writing about living with my boyfriend what am I going to give away? Him?! (Hands off ladies.) My flat?! It has been the cause of much panic these past few weeks.

WITHOUT FURTHER ADO!

WOULD YOU LIKE TO WIN THIS LITTLE PACKAGE OF GOODNESS?!

- Some material from that time I made a noticeboard
- A rather marvellous cross-stitched card to give to the person of your choosing (probably your Mum or your Granny as it is a little floral number)
- 2 little stitchlets to get you in to your cross-stitching groove
- A book from this month’s reading list (I apologise in advance for the jam on the back cover, I don’t even know how I did that)
- Possibly some more fun things?! (notice the use of the word possibly there)

So do you want to play?

It’s really simple, you just have to answer a question by leaving a comment. Just one. And then the names will be put into a hat and I will designate the boyfriend as Chief Drawer-of-names-out-of-hats and I’ll send you the goodness.

You have until Sunday to complete your mission.

Ready for the question? (It’s easy peasy lemon squeezy)

What is your favourite flavour of crisps?

(Told you it would be easy)

(Crisps are very important to me)

Now. GO GO GO GO GO!!!!

I'm a new visitor to your blog and I'm glad I'll be around for the second year - congratulations!

I'd have to choose salt and vinegar crisps but for me it would always be the fancy pants Kettle Chip type with balsamic vinegar and freshly crushed sea salt.

HAPPY BLOGAVERSARY! Will you be having some cake to celebrate?

Thaks for allowing me to follow your year. It has been really interesting and great to get to know you. Here's to another year of posting!

I'm very sad, but my favourite crisps are actually unsalted, preferably from Seabrooks! xxx

Happy Blog Birthday girlie!!! :) I see there is another post below to read- I need to catch up - and I have yet to write another post myself yet. I want to but I'm worried a certain person might inadvertantly read it... but shhh! I'll tell you here - I have a date tonight! Whoop whoop! But, as ever, it is bloody complicated...it isn't your straight-forward date at all but again it is a personal thing regarding the new date so not sure how appropriate it is to blog about! Argh! When and when not to blog huh?!

Anyway crisps...gotta be salt and vinegar if we're going for the standard flavours - and I discovered recently if you dip your crips in beer very quickly and eat it - it enhances the vinegar flavour - very true and very good!

And if we are going fancy crisp...monster munch pickled onion and maybe quaver as well... :) Oh and nachos with cheese but that is more of a chip than a crisp?! I dunno....

Happy 1 yr!!! I'm not a massive crisp eater however if I had to pick I'd go for the cheese & spring onion crinkly mini cheddars..i could eat packs and packs of them but they are sooo difficut to find!

Happy Blogaversary! Yours is one year old and mine is one day old. I hope I make it to a year. My fave crisps are Walkers Baked Sour Cream & Chive - and they contain 70% less fat than ordinary Walkers crisps, which means I can eat even more of them!

Merry Blogday! I get overly excited about silly markers such as these, I like to keep track of where I'm at in my blogblab.

Favourite flavour of crisps would probably be Flame-Grilled Steak McCoys. Or Roysters T-bone steak, but almost nowhere sells those bubbley thins of crispy delight, so I settle for the thick ridges of McCoys meaty goodness. I like crisps.

Favourite flavour of crisps . . .

It's quite a hard question. My first instinct is to go for sour cream and onion but I THINK it is actually . . . PRAWN COCKTAIL. I love them!

Thank you for leaving a comment on my blog! I didn't know you were there! I think the adorable Curious Cat sent you...isn't she a delight?

Anyways, Happy Blog-versary!

And my answer to your question is: ALL. Though I am incredibly partial to salt and vinegar. I'm sodium queen!

Thanks for your get well wishes, I think you hit the nail on the head, I need tolook after me and not let some people in my life get as close anymore! suzie. xxx

Vintage Cheddar and Camaralised Onion do it for me, although they're quite a rare treat.

Congratulations on your first year blogging. I'm a fairly new blogger but finding it quite addictive!
